What can be membership?

Membership in the Association can be:

Fully legitimate

Fully legitimate members of the Association are legal entities, which are founders of the Association.

Associated

Expert-supervisory

Associated and expert-supervisory members of the Association can be legal entities, which accepted its charter and entered to the Association.

What does membership in the Association provide?

Assistance in solution of issues, required for development of data center industry, at level of specialized public institutions and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Review and analysis of the world experience and development trends in these areas

Attraction of the best world practices for expansion and competencies of domestic companies to Kazakhstan

Participation in development of public-private partnership in the area of blockchain and data center industry in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad

Assistance in development of domestic market of solutions on the basis of blockchain

Assistance in issues related to construction, equipage and usage of energy infrastructure

Assistance in issues related to electric power supply of data centers

Popularization and promotion of blockchain and services rendered by data centers in information space of Kazakhstan

Execution of various measures focused on development of ecosystem and expert community in issues related to blockchain and construction, equipage and usage of data centers

Assistance in attraction of investors by target projects, planned to financing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad

Active participation in implementation of international and national programmes, focused on further development of integration and automation of information resources, using blockchain

How to enter?

New members of the Association are admitted by the General meeting of the Association on the basis of the submitted application. Chairman of the General meeting represents the applicant on the next General meeting of members as from the date of filing of the application.

Moreover, full members of the Association can make decision on admission of the applicant as full member of the Association, if the applicant is expert in the area of blockchain and crypto technologies.

Parameters of full membership of the Association:

General meeting of members of the Association considers application and makes decision on admission to members of the Association of nonprofit organization on its next meeting, and notifies the applicant about this within ten days as from the date of decision making. Admission of new members to the Association is allowed only according to unanimous decision of all its members.


 

The Applicant shall be obliged to pay registration fee and annual instalment within 5 (five) working days as from the date of decision making by the General meeting of the Association on admission to members of the Association.

Withdrawal from membership of the Association:

Withdrawal of member from the Association is executed by means of written application. The Association determines period of property return, performs financial and credit payments under agreements, which were concluded with the Association. Registration fee and target contributions of member of the Association, withdrawn from the Association, are not subject to repayment.
